He worked in Honduras with Bancahsa; in Argentina for Cañuelas Group; in Chile for Chuquicamata mine, The National Company of Mining and for Shell Company in Peru he ran workshops for San Ignacio de Loyola Organization, in Costa Rica he ran workshops for CODEPEUL. In Dambury, Stamford, and in Cincinnati (USA) he developed researches for General Electric. He received his Bachelors in Business at the "Monterrey Institute of Technology" where also received his Masters Degree in Engineering Systems with a Major in Productivity and Quality. He attended the "Program for Quality Management" in Tokyo, Japan, and other Programs in the USA and Mexico about Total Quality Management. He received a certification as Lead Auditor in ISO-9000. He is a member of "The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship" (AOTS) of Japan.
