Joseph Nye
Joseph Nye has been the Dean of the Kennedy School and served as Deputy to the Under Secretary for Security Assistance, Science and Technology, as well as chair of the National Security Council Group of Nonproliferation of Nuclear Weapons for the governmental agencies.
